Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Some items are non-returnable, including:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable products
  • Personalized or customized items

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.


Eligibility for Returns

  • Posters and merchandise (hoodies, sweaters, t-shirts) must be returned in their original condition.
  • Any items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts due to reasons not caused by our error are not eligible for a full refund.

Partial refunds may be granted in the following situations:

  • Posters or other items showing signs of use.
  • Items returned after 30 days from delivery (subject to approval).

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds: The refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
  • Late or missing refunds:
    1. Check your bank account.
    2. Contact your credit card company, as processing times may vary.
    3. Contact your bank for further assistance.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items are non-refundable.


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange, email us at [email protected] with proof of damage or defect.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift during purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive store credit for the value of your return.

  • Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be sent to you.
  • If the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, the refund will be sent to the gift giver.
